Elect doesn't care too much about the rules/norms -- what ever you want to call it. It is definately not a job I would want and couldn't do. So I guess kudos go to him for trying. Our Prime Minister(or perhaps truly, someone in his office?) is on Twitter and Facebook and MySpace, so I guess I don't see what the big deal is. Surely some CTO-type could come up with workarounds for the hacking/fraud concerns, and then Obama would just need to have free time for email/blackberry/web surfing.
