OK, that was a lot of knowledge on one page, my head is spinning a bit.

Phew, I’m better. Some list you have there, I mean wow. My best travel story is when my mom and older brother took a 3 week vacation from home (Maine) to NC, through TX pan handle, to AZ, spent a week, and then north to SD, then back to ME. In June. In a car. With no AC. In 1994. One of AZ’s worst heatwaves on record. Yeah, I know. We drove 2 1/2 hrs from our hotel one day to see the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. For later reference, it is a sign that reads Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. We took a picture. Then drove back to the hotel.

I learned? Right, um, that it can get so hot out, that rolling down the car windows only makes it worse!
