dude! my kids are now watching toy story and i am vegging out myself. does sudafed have a cumulative effect? glad your mother's day was good. of course dumb question on the presents. but i did get myself a terry cloth swimsuit coverup/robe from the outlets.

Danielle--missed you today. i hope you get feeling better. sickness is definitely a legitimate excuse, but i had not let mine stop me from entertaining(?) tom's family on friday night and going to walmart and the library yesterday, so i had to ask myself how sick was i really? i hope you took a picture of your cute hair day for Liam's baby book.

mostly i go to church every week so i can tell my kids later that they have to.

I bow to your goodness, but I don't know how you did it. Our ward does a cool women's conference on Mothers Day and I had a very nice time. Then I felt inspired to join my own mother at church, part way through her sacrament meeting. Apparently that was the right choice; my Dad said I made her day. Did Tom leave you any presents, or is that a dumb question? Aaron got me a new waffle maker, thanks to my habit of just telling him what I want, or buying it myself. I think you are one of the best Mothers I know, right after my own! And I know your kids think that everyday, not just once a year.

You forgot to mention that the primary was supposed to sing mothers day songs in sacrament, and Avery is 1/2 of the primany, so you had to go or you would have let down the other half of the primary.

I am not as good as you Shannon, I was reading your post, and I was like good, I wasn't the only one who didn't go to church today, until I got to the end and realized that you did go!! I actually got up this morning, got the husband and baby ready, and then was too sick to walk out the door. I even tried to do my hair so I would be pretty for my first mothers day....anyway, now I am sitting on the couch rejoicing that Liam is finally asleep so I can take a nap and then hopefully feel better once Ryan gets home from work. I made Ryan stay home from church too so he can take care of Liam for me while I was sleeping.

Anyway, Happy Mothers Day!!
